Versions Description:
- Mainframe and BERT module software upgrade for V2 MTS/T-BERD 8000e platform. This includes all updates for all MSAM, CSAM and all TM transport modules including the 40G/100G TM6.
Download Instructions:
- Visit https://8k.updatemyunit.net
- Go to the second entry Labelled Download Latest Combo (Fiber Optics and BERT).
- Click on the flag icon to load from that regional server. Download to PC.
- File Size: 1.86GB
- Once download completes double click on file and select USB drive and hit OK to uncompact files to USB.

Installation Instructions:
Place the USB on the 8000e mainframe and press HOME and then CONNECTIVITY. Press UPGRADE, SOFTWARE UPGRADE and then UPGRADE FROM USB. Press Confirm when prompted. Once the USB versions display on the right side if the screen press CONFIRM THIS CHOICE.
