Question:
Connecting a MPOLPx tester to a PC with J-Reporter:
Projects can be seen, but uploaded results are empty.
Answer:
check if the selection list contains a project without a name.
This will cause error messages from the MPOLx tetser and prevent a normal result uploading.
in this case it i snecessary to contact Customer Care to send the unit in to check at the service center.
Hint: it is possible to export the compete result data to a USB memory stick. In this case the empty Project is not transfered and the results can be imported by Smart Reporter Software (connecting the USB stick instead of the MPOLx).
