OEM Calibration is offered on most products as it is required to ensure that the readings made by VIAVI instruments continue to meet performance specifications and user’s required accuracy. Components will age over time and at some point the readings will no longer be in the specified parameters of the instrument. In order to maintain the integrity of this instrument, a calibration interval must be established. Whilst some of our customers are fully comfortable with installing VIAVI solutions themselves, some might like to take advantage of our engineer’s extensive commissioning expertise to set up and test the system.

Training packages are available for some products to allow customers to maintain their own systems, should they wish to do so. Training courses can be tailored to meet individual circumstances.

VIAVI telephone and email support service designed to ensure our customers always have access to highly qualified engineers who are able to provide advice on support of our products. The service is provided during standard office hours by telephone or by email as soon as available.
