The panel will address the evolution of new PAM-4 based solutions – 50GbE and above – entering the market and the advancements supporting Ethernet interoperability testing for the successful deployment and integration into legacy networking environments. From switch, server and storage arrays attached over the multitude of interconnect options, to the advanced storage applications, seamless integration and interoperability for all participants in the ecosystem is a critical “must have” for meeting product deployment schedules, reducing post-sales support issues, and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded. The panel will review the challenges of testing the myriad of Ethernet speeds, and the impact of emerging, mission critical applications utilizing legacy and new, 50GbE and higher speed Ethernet networks.
