Download Instructions:

  • Visit https://4800.updatemyunit.net
  • Click on the flag icon to load from that regional server. Download to PC. 
    • File Size: 781MB
  • Once download completes double click on file and select USB drive and hit OK to uncompact files to USB.

Installation Instructions:

Place USB on the 4800 and press SYSTEM, UPGRADES and UPGRADE FROM USB. Press START UPGRADE. Ensure the AC power supply is connected during the upgrade.

  • If current software is less than BERT 25.0 then it is recommended that an interim upgrade to 25.0 be performed first. Older versions can be obtained by going to http://4800.updatemyunit.net and clicking on older software releases are available here.
