Solution Steps:

To find any file in /path/to/folder that was created within the last 10 minutes

# find /path/to/folder -type f -cmin -10

To find any file in /path/to/folder that was modified within the last 10 minutes

# find /path/to/folder -type f -mmin -10

It is possible to change "-10" -> "+10" to search for files older than the given time
