CA5000 can’t see any test application list

Customer’s CA5000 can’t see any test application list in "Tests" menu.
Customer already tried rebooting the unit serval times, but it is still same issue.
1. First, customer needs to proceed FW recovery steps. If there is any important data stored in the unit, please make sure to back-up all data first.

2. If the problem is still not resolved after FW recovry steps, the equipment needs to be repaired.
