What ethernet rates support the IPTV test option on the MTS/TBERD platforms? What format is required for the testset to be able to analyse the IPTV packets?
The IPTV test option for the MTS/TBERD bert platforms can be accessed from the 10/100/1000 ethernet, 100M Optical ethernet, 1 GigE Optical ethernet and the 10G Lan ethernet applications. The IPTV signal needs to be an MPEG-2 transport stream. Note MPEG-2, in regards to the transport stream, is not referring to the actual encoding of the video but rather the formatting of the audio, video and data into a transport stream as specified in MPEG-2 Part 1, Systems (ISO/IEC standard 13818-1)
