OFS FiberCable2 creating a measurement report in Excel

How can I provide an Excel spreadsheet version of my FiberCable2 measurement report? I only see choices to save as txt or pdf.

You can generate an Excel report in multiple ways: - For a basic Excel report showing tabs per measurements, then once the preview function is selected (selecting the preview tab on top of the screen), you create the Excel report by selecting the “Save” and “Save preview”. You are asked to edit its filename. - For advanced Excel report, the report can be generated using the “txt measurement report”. Then, under the report icon again, you execute the command with the Excel FiberCableMacro.xls. You open this macro, and from the stored txt file, it will generate an Excel report. There are multiple report formats possible. Post processing using the Excel macro is described in the FiberCable2 manual under Measurement Report>Post Processing. The FiberCable manual is available online by pressing the i button in the upper right of the FiberCable screen and selecting Online Documentation.
