To comply with Federal Executive Order 14042 and the guidance from the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force, VIAVI Solutions Inc. requires all employees located in the U.S. and anyone entering our U.S. facilities to be fully vaccinated by January 18, 2022. As specified in the order, U.S. Employees may request an accommodation due to an established medical condition or sincere religious belief that prevents you from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.
If you are hired and your start date occurs before January 18, 2022, you will have until that date to become fully vaccinated (you must have received the second dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine on January 4, 2022 at the latest).
If you are hired and your start date is after January 18, 2022, your offer will be contingent upon you providing proof of vaccination. Your Recruiter will provide you with instructions how to provide documentation.
If you require medical or religious accommodation, a process will be made available to you after you have accepted an offer of employment from VIAVI.
In addition to the vaccination mandate, VIAVI requires all employees and visitors to follow local safety protocols at each site.
