    Desgaste de las baterías y las bolsas con el uso diario y los ciclos de carga. Para asegurarse de que estos elementos no provoquen retrasos, nuestros planes de cincos años incluyen una sustitución a lo largo de la duración de su plan de cinco años.

    VIAVI proporcionará una sustitución de una batería defectuosa y una bolsa o guante desgastados durante la duración del plan de soporte SilverCare o MaxCare de cinco años.     Los instrumentos se suministran con cables para accesorios y puntas de conectores. Para garantizar pruebas confiables y precisas, cubriremos la sustitución de un accesorio al año. De esta manera, los resultados de las pruebas serán satisfactorios.

    Cuando se determina que un accesorio está defectuoso o presenta fallos, VIAVI reparará el accesorio o lo cambiará, a su discreción y sin coste alguno para el cliente. Los accesorios cambiados pueden ser nuevos o renovados. Todos los accesorios devueltos pasan a ser propiedad de VIAVI.
