Deploy a DSAM channel plan in StrataSync

Steps to deploy a channel plan to a DSAM in StrataSync

  1. Click on ASSETS/MANAGE TEMPLATES, then select DSAM.
  2. This brings you to a new screen. In the upper left under GLOBAL ARCHIVES select CHANNEL PLAN and from here you can select the plan you want.
  3. Right click and select DEPLOY, this will now bring up a list of the other DSAMs in your organization. Select the unit you want the channel plan deployed to.
  4. Now have the techs sync their DSAMs to StrataSync and the channel plan will be deployed to the units.
