How to upgrade FW via network for ONA-800

Übersicht:

Customer would like to upgrade FW via network connection.

Problem:

Customer can select FW version in the unit, but after then the progress bar is not moving and it shows fail finally.

Solution:

The customer attempted to perform a FW upgrade in a Wi-Fi connection. FW upgrading via network must be tried in LAN connection.
