Problem:
Viavi P5000i focus wheel will turn. It is stuck in one position.
Solution:
Remove the tip from the barrel assembly. If the wheel now turns then there is something wrong with either the barrel assembly or the tip. If the wheel still will not turn then the P5000i needs to be returned for service.
