The 3060 Series support applications in the frequency range up to 6 GHz as depicted on the right. The modules are ideally suited for use in conjunction with 3020 Series Digital RF Signal Generators and 3030 Series RF Digitizers. Together these modules enable development of compact, high performance and low cost modular test systems for RF transceiver and component testing.
