Todos os dispositivos apresentam uma tela touch screen colorida de 3,5 polegadas e inspeção integrada para conectores bulkhead e de tronco. O MPOLx permite que um único técnico inspecione as faces finais do MPO e execute testes de qualquer extremidade da conexão, reduzindo o caminho de ida e volta entre duas unidades.

    A VIAVI fornecerá uma substituição única de bateria defeituosa e bolsa/luva gasta no período de um plano de suporte SilverCare ou MaxCare de 5 anos. A substituição será feita somente quando o instrumento for devolvido à VIAVI para reparo ou serviço de calibração. Maletas rígidas estão excluídas e a cobertura não é aplicável para instrumentos vendidos sem bolsa/bateria.

    Cobertura de substituição de acessórios MaxCare
    Os instrumentos são fornecidos com cabos para acessórios e ponteiras de conectores. Para garantir um teste confiável e preciso, cobriremos a substituição anual de um acessório para garantir bons resultados de teste.

    Quando for determinado que um acessório está com defeito ou apresenta falhas, a VIAVI fará o reparo ou substituição do acessório a seu critério sem nenhum custo para o cliente. Os acessórios substituídos podem ser novos ou recondicionados. Todos os acessórios devolvidos tornam-se propriedade da VIAVI. As seguintes limitações se aplicam: não é possível trocar mais de um acessório em um período de 12 meses; os acessórios aplicáveis incluem apenas aqueles considerados essenciais para a operação do instrumento e que foram enviados com o produto original comprado.
