Are ONT-5xx modules hot swappable?
No, ONT-5xx modules are not hot swappable. The ONT-5xx mainframe must be shut down (i.e. through Linux or by pressing and holding the standby buttonf for 2-3 seconds) and power switched off (ONT-506/512) or mains cable disconnected (ONT-503) prior to removing or inserting modules.
