Cyberflood: Test failing when configuring more Cores than the Cores in each CPU

• The test fails when configuring more cores to the CFv than the available cores on one of the physical CPU. • Example: Configuring a CFv with 23 Cores but each CPU has only 22 VCores available, this will make the test to fail.
