VIAVI TestCenter: IPv6 Autoconfiguration client initially binds but after stopping and restarting autoconfiguration again it only binds if the original prefix is advertised

The use case is the following and step 5 is where the issue is seen. • DUT is configured to provide prefix A • user starts IPv6 autoconfiguration to get prefix A (client goes to BOUND state) • user stops IPv6 autoconfig • DUT is reconfigured to provide a different prefix, prefix B  • user starts IPv6 autoconfiguration and to get prefix B (client fails and goes back to IDLE state) • user stops IPv6 autoconfig • DUT is reconfigured to provide prefix A again • user starts IPv6 autoconfiguration and to get prefix A (client goes to BOUND state)
