The OneAdvisor 1000 delivers all the test capabilities technicians and engineers need to install and maintain high-capacity networks. Supporting emerging and legacy technologies, the OneAdvisor 1000 is ideal for metro/core, data center interconnect, and business services testing.
At this stage in the technology’s lifecycle, 400Gbps services in the field are rare and finding portable equipment to test those circuits is a challenge. The VIAVI OneAdvisor 1000 tester is more than up to the task, providing full-rate and protocol coverage to address service activation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for 400G circuits. With advanced tests like Optics Self-Test for QSFPx and SFPx pluggables, high-speed cable testing for data centers, RFC 2544/Y.1564, and OTN Check, technicians and engineers can test high-capacity networks faster and more accurately than ever before.

Cobertura de sustitución de baterías y bolsas
Desgaste de las baterías y las bolsas con el uso diario y los ciclos de carga. Para asegurarse de que estos elementos no provoquen retrasos, nuestros planes de cincos años incluyen una sustitución a lo largo de la duración de su plan de cinco años.

Cobertura de sustitución de accesorios MaxCare
Los instrumentos se suministran con cables para accesorios y puntas de conectores. Para garantizar pruebas confiables y precisas, cubriremos la sustitución de un accesorio al año. De esta manera, los resultados de las pruebas serán satisfactorios.
Cuando se determina que un accesorio está defectuoso o presenta fallos, VIAVI reparará el accesorio o lo cambiará, a su discreción y sin coste alguno para el cliente. Los accesorios cambiados pueden ser nuevos o renovados. Todos los accesorios devueltos pasan a ser propiedad de VIAVI. Se aplican las siguientes limitaciones: no se puede cambiar más de un accesorio durante un período de 12 meses; entre los accesorios aplicables, se incluyen únicamente aquellos accesorios que se consideran esenciales para el funcionamiento del instrumento y se suministraron con el producto original adquirido. El cliente es responsable de devolver a VIAVI el accesorio defectuoso cuando presenta algún problema, o para un evento de servicio de calibración o reparación.

We apply factory procedures that use fast, automated calibration and functional verification, maintenance using OEM parts and the application of all engineering change orders and software updates. Services are available through contract Care plans, FleetCare or per incident as requests.
