Are ONT-6xx and ONT-8xx measurement modules hot-swappable?
All ONT-6xx and ONT-8xx measurement modules are what we refer to as warm-swappable. This means the module may be inserted into the mainframe while it is still powered on. However, an active measurement module should always be shutdown (placed into standby) before removing it from a powered mainframe in order to prevent potential software corruption.
