What is required to support SFP+ optics on the MSAM?

Solution:

To support SFP+ optics, the MSAM must be a Version 2 MSAM, have an SFP+ PIM module installed and the BERT software revision must be rev 17.1 or higher. SFP+ is not supported on Version 1 of the MSAM module.
