VIAVI TestCenter: B2-800-QD-4-T1S User is encountering periodic link down errors when AN/LT is disabled and mostly with lower port speeds.

• Periodic link error when AN/LT is disabled and mostly with lower port speeds like 100G. • It is not always the same ports but I noticed that there are always 2 consecutive ports going down. • Rebooting of STC ports or changing the port speed to something else and back to 100G also does not help. • Rebooting our DUT helps but then again when I run the test through scripts, during STC initialization, randomly few ports link goes down again. • These are single cable connections between DUT and STC. The link issue was seen in previous versions one in out if 20 tests. • Now with the new release we see in almost every alternate test,  We see following issues related to link • link never comes up on few ports; had to kill the session and restart the session to get the link up. Failure seems to be more frequent on 100G speed • Link flap observed on random ports while traffic is running. • The above issue occurs when Link training is enabled or disabled.
