• Yes, ActiveState’s Tcl 8.5 supports multi-thread extensions and VIAVI TestCenter works fine with it.

One can use VIAVI TestCenter with a thread-enabled TCL interpreter. But, we can’t access VIAVI TestCenter on multiple threads.
