5-Star Rating in CRN’s 2017 Partner Program Guide
To determine the 2017 5-Star ratings, The Channel Company’s research team assessed each vendor’s partner program based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.

VIAVI, a leader in test, measurement and assurance solutions for service providers and enterprises, launched its Velocity Partner Program in November 2015. Built on a strong technology foundation and backed by a commitment to operate in a best-in-class partner model, Velocity is a value-based partner program structured to facilitate joint investment between VIAVI and our global partners by focusing on three mutually beneficial guiding principles: growth, profitability, and collaboration.

“For solution providers, finding the right technology vendors to partner with is crucial to the health of their business, and the vast array of choices can be overwhelming,” said Robert Faletra, CEO of The Channel Company. “Our annual Partner Program Guide and 5-Star ratings help them narrow the field, identifying the most rewarding partner programs and outlining their strengths and benefits.”

“We are proud to have CRN’s recognition of the Velocity Partner Program to strengthen our reputation as a channel-centric leader in the networking and IT landscape, trusted by service providers and enterprises all over the world,” said Sergio Bea, Vice President, Worldwide Enterprise and Channels at VIAVI and a CRN 2017 Channel Chief. “In this ever-changing industry, it is crucial that we equip our respected partners with ample resources to help manage the unpredictable technology changes impacting our customers.
