Streamblock configurations are not saved after editing Modifier values and Link Modifiers with 4.50 version of Sprient TestCenter
Below are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1. An offline port with Raw streamblock
2. Add modifier on IP and MAC, with a count of 10 and click "OK"
3. Edit the streamblock, change count to a different number and click ok
4. Open the frame config, old values will be shown.
Note: Right click and Edit of Modifier values and Link Modifier works fine.
