Question:
A PONY 128GB USB 3.0 data stick would not allow the csv data to be saved. It allows the other files to be saved but the CSV data export saved on the stick have no content.
Answer:
NOTE: Some of the USB data storage devices don’t work for all formats with the Cell Advisor. With regard the USB memory, CellAdvisor has a limitation on the maximum size of USB Memory as follows.
- FAT(16) format: up to 2GB
- FAT32 format: up to 32GB
- NTFS: not supported.
To prevent any incompatibility or mis-operation, a 2GB USB Memory Stick is recommended to be used.
