Problem:
While performing the upgrade on the ONMSi Server to the release v3.16 Toolkit installation reports "vcredist_x64 install issue" error.

1.- Open an Administrator cmd window.
2.- Use the ONMSiTKInstall -s command to do the installation.
This will allow the installer to complete the operation.
