Calibration Verification Failed - ONX CATV error message

Question: 
I get a "Calibration Verification Failed" error message on my ONX-610/620/630. How do I fix it?
Answer: 
Step 1. Update your ONX unit to the latest firmware release 3.6.14 or greater using a USB memory stick.  Step 2. Power cycle the ONX after successful update. If the steps performed above did not fix the issue or the update failed, please contact us at CATVSupport@viavisolutions.com
