Question:

• A DX2-40G-Q24 module comes up in 5.24.0836 • When the chassis is upgraded to 5.26.1066 (or 5.29.1276, 5.31.1486, and 5.38.2136), the module does not boot up. • It remains in the Down / Rebooting state; and • its firmware version remains at 5.24.0836
