Question:

When relocating ports from FX3-100G-T2 (in 100G mode) to a FX2-40G-Q5 in 40G mode and HIT apply, ports link go down. You can bring them up again by "bring offline / bring online" however if hit apply again, or even if you tried to resolve ARP on the devices, links go down again.
