How can I view my Viavi OTDR results file on a PC?
Solution:
Viavi OTDR traces files can opened on a PC using the OFS - FiberCable/FiberTrace software which can be downloaded from http://ofs.updatemyunit.net/. The user has 30 days to demo all functionality of the software without purchasing a license after which the software will revert to view only. If all the user wants is to open and view traces then the viewer will be sufficient and no license is needed. To edit traces or create cable reports a license must be purchased and installed.
