Use Case
The introduction of new WiFi technologies, such as 802.11ac, MIMO, and beamforming, has service providers pushing toward all-wireless home distribution, even for quality-sensitive services like IPTV. Moving toward all-wireless home networks will simplify and accelerate their installation processes. However, an array of new WiFi-related problems driving frequent repeats and generally reducing customer satisfaction can erase the efficiency gains. WiFi Advisor gives technicians of all skill levels an intuitive tool set with which they can quickly troubleshoot, characterize, and optimize in-home wireless networks so they can confidently leave the premises knowing that they have installed the service "right—the first time."
