What is the purpose of the LAB tab under the test options for the Viavi 40G Certifier?
Solution:
Software revision 6.4 created the Lab tab under the Test Options setup. The ability to disable certain functions, that are required by the standards, were moved there to ensure that user tests would adhere to the standard's requirements for certification. This tab is password protected and intended only for cable manufacturers for LAB testing.
