Problem:
The loop length measurement on my Viavi ONX-580 is reading incorrectly. Is there some type of calibration that can be performed?
Solution:
There are lead compensations for resistance, opens and RFL on the ONX-580. From one of those test screens, press the Tray button in the bottom right of the front panel. There are is a softkey at the bottom of the display to perform a compensation. Press the required software key and follow the on screen instructions to compensate the test leads.
