P5000i not showing up on HD4\OLP-82

My Viavi P5000i does not show up on my HD4/OLP-82 handheld unit.
Load the FiberchekPRO software onto a PC and verify whether the PRO software can see the probe. If it cannot then the probe should be returned for service. If the PC can see the probe then use the SETUP>P5000i selection to upgrade the firmware on the P5000i and then retry the probe on the HD4/OLP-82. If that does not correct the problem then attach the HD4/OLP82 to the PC and use the SETUP>HD4/OLP to upgrade the firmware in the HD4/OLP. If that does not correct the problem then the unit should be returned for service.
