Problem:
VIavi ONX-580 copper icons missing or copper tests will not launch.
Solution:
Power cycle the unit and see if the icon returns or the test will now launch. Verify the the ONX is at the required software version (approved version level can be customer specific). Perform a reset factory defaults from the SYSTEM menu. Power the unit off, remove AC power adapter and remove and reseat the module attached to the back of the ONX. Reinstall software. At this point the unit would have to come back for service.
