    VIAVI обеспечивает разовую замену вышедшей из строя батареи и изношенной сумки/перчатки в течение 5-летней программы поддержки SilverCare или MaxCare. Замена проводится только при возврате оборудования в VIAVI на ремонт или калибровку. Программа не охватывает жесткие футляры и не распространяется на оборудование, продаваемое без сумки/батареи.

    Действует на 5-летних программах Silver и MaxCare.

    Замена аксессуаров MaxCare
    Контрольно-измерительное оборудование поставляется с кабелями и разъемами. Для обеспечения достоверности тестирования программа включает в себя замену одного аксессуара один раз в год.

    Если аксессуар будет признан дефектным или вышедшим из строя, VIAVI заменит или отремонтирует его (по своему усмотрению) бесплатно для клиента. Замененные аксессуары могут быть новыми или восстановленными. Все возвращенные аксессуары становятся собственностью VIAVI. Действуют следующие ограничения: допускается замена не более чем одного аксессуара в течение 12 месяцев; программа распространяется только на те аксессуары, которые считаются незаменимыми для работы оборудования и поставлялись с изначально приобретенным продуктом.
