The RCTS-003B provides “State of the Art” capabilities for semi-automated testing ofLife Support communications.
The RCTS-003B Radio Communication Test System is made up of the general purpose TS-4317 Military Communications Test Set and the J-4843A Generic Appliqué Housing (J-Box) with the RPM-003B Radio Personality Module (RPM) fitted for testing life support radios.
The RCTS-003B Radio Communications Test System is the self-contained, transportable, semi-automated test system that is being fielded for use by the US Armed Forces for operational verification testing and/or repairs of Life Support Radio Systems. Operators of the RCTS-003B can be assured that front line life support assets are mission ready, with a corresponding increase in operational readiness.
EXPORT CONTROL:
This product is controlled for export under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). A license from the U.S. Department of State is required prior to the export of this product from the United States.
The Life Support LRUs listed below can be verified, tested and repaired when used in conjunction with the Maintenance Group (Cables, Repair Manuals, Special Tools, etc.) supplied by Aeroflex.
