The VIAVI CX100 ComXpert Communications Service Monitor is a portable, complete test solution with a Spectrum Analyzer and a single port Vector Network Analyzer, capable of testing everything from handheld, vehicle, and aircraft-mounted radios to antennas and cabling. The easy user interface and the automated, in-service test capabilities mean that anyone can quickly verify all military communications equipment with virtually no training.
The CX300 ComXpert Communications Service Monitor is a comprehensive 6 GHz battery-operated communications test solution capable of testing everything from portable radios to complex infrastructure and broadband networks. The CX300 delivers lab-grade performance in a small, ruggedized, portable device that is ideal for bench and field operation.
VIAVI fiber test equipment, including the SmartOTDR or the 'Swiss Army Knife' of testers, the OneAdvisor 800 multi-tool are intuitive, powerful diagnostic tools that are small, portable and easy-to-use. Other essential instruments to help technicians keep communications operational include microscopes like the FiberChek Probe or light source/power meters such as the SmartPocket. These accurate and reliable solutions can find faults in new installations or simply help maintain existing fiber networks. Enhanced “Smart” features, such as longer battery life and brighter displays, allow technicians to work faster and with less equipment anywhere they are needed.
VIAVI hand-held network meters quickly assess a system's full end-to-end performance and transmission reliability, including the transceivers and the optical fiber and/or copper cabling mediums.
VIAVI T-BERD/MTS-5800 and OneAdvisor 800 Transport Platform portable devices are equipped to perform standards-based tests, including RFC 2544 and Y.1564. With additional test modules, they can validate the underlying fiber or take over-the-air radio frequency (RF) measurements up to 44 GHz.
The OneAdvisor 800 Wireless RTSA allows quick, easy detection and location of electromagnetic signals of interest in the field. Users can quickly perform spectrum audits and locate and identify spurious emissions in the spectrum that can be used for EMS analysis. Portable and rugged, with up to 6 hours of battery operation, it is an ideal tool for field operations and training exercises.
With the VIAVI OneAdvisor 800 CAA, you can quickly and easily perform cable (coaxial) and antenna verification. More than a cable tester, users can test the entire system from antennas, cable harnesses, and feeder lines, as well as perform Distance-to-fault (DTF), Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR), and Return Loss (RL) testing.
Line-of-sight surveys during installation are essential for maximizing mid-band frequency and mmWave performance. Installation technicians always look for the quickest way to accurately position your panel or microwave line-of-site antennas for maximum RF coverage and performance.
The VIAVI RF Vision Antenna Alignment Tool is an innovative antenna alignment tool that helps users easily perform accurate antenna alignment on panel and microwave point-to-point antennas. Dual-frequency GNSS RF receivers help inexperienced techs precisely position tilt, azimuth, roll, and height above ground level (AGL) against real-world True North according to the earth’s axis, not magnetic North.
