DSAM QAM Sensitivity Setting

Why is there no "magnifying glass" next to the MER reading on my DSAM but in my colleagues' DSAMs there is? 

f you set the QAM Sensitivity setting to "normal", then the "magnifying glass" does not appear. If you set it to "high", then you will see the "magnifying glass" next to MER in digital/DOCSIS Channels. To change the QAM Sensitivity setting, press "Configure" -> select "Measure" -> select "Other Settings" -> select "QAM Sensitivity" -> press "Enter" to change it to your desired setting, normal or high.
