I have purchased a Qg 2 from you in the past. How can I receive technical support from you?
Answer:
A one year Software and Support Maintenance (SWM) agreement comes included when purchasing a Qg 2 unit. To be able to receive continued support, updated documentation and software, a valid SWM license is necessary.
