Can't load Indoor map in E6474A software "white screen"

Loading tab file for indoor map and when selecting the correct tab file the image isn't loaded. blank white map screen.
The file format support for a image is jpg. By renaming the image file from .JPEG to .JPG and editing the .TAB file to point to the new name file with extention .jpg resolved the issue. Note you may need to close and reopen E6474A software after making name change so it rereads the updated tab file.
