Problem: 
HST stuck while configuring the modem, please wait when launching DSL application.
Solution: 
This problem indicates that the HST mainframe cannot communicate with the module. The “configuring modem please wait message” normally remains visible for only 45 to 60 seconds. Messages continuing to appear for several minutes or longer can indicate a possible hardware issue. Power-down the unit and unscrew and remove the module. Inspect the connectors for signs of damage. If damage is not visible, reseat the module. If the application still fails to launch, service may be required. If you have access to another HST mainframe, test the module on it to determine whether it is the module or the mainframe that requires repair.
