Problem:
How do you register the SMARTID+ to the ONX-580 when you are going to use Bluetooth rather than USB for testing?
Solution:
Registration of the SMARTID+ has to be performed using a USB connection using the USB to macro USB cable. During the registration process you can configure the ID to use bluetooth but the initial registration must be via USB. Note: Only the SMARTID+ has bluetooth capabilities. Regular SMARTIDs have to use a USB connection.
