Problem:
There is no OTDR icon on the HOME/SYSTEM screen. There is an OTDR module installed but I have no way to select it.
Solution:
When the installed OTDR module does not show up on the HOME/SYSTEM screen then power down the mainframe and remove the AC power adaptes. Loosen the two screws securing the OTDR module and pull the module out. Inspect and reinstall the module in the mainframe. Tighten the screws finger tight and then power up the unit. If the OTDR icon is still not showing on the HOME/SYSTEM screen then verify that the mainframe software is current and that the model of OTDR being used if valid in that mainframe. Current revisions of software can be found on www.updatemyunit.net.
