Problem:
MTS/TB5800/6000A/8000E Y.1564 testing not stepping up. Three steps were configured but they did not appear to execute.
Solution:
The Y.1564 Samcomplete test, on the bert module, only steps up if the circuit cannot run at the designated CIR. It the circuit runs clean at CIR it skips the steps up. This is normal operation.
