The VIAVI Micro-JLT is designed with lower SWaP-C and higher performance than legacy GPSDOs. The unit is designed on a rugged platform for very high volume, low-cost applications. The Micro-JLT uses the latest generation GNSS, is form and function compatible with the highly popular FireFly-IIA GPSDO, and offers products for high-vibration/high-shock environments.
The Micro-JLT provides a subset of the features of the legacy FireFly-IIA and Mini-JLT products to reduce cost, while offering comparable or higher performance and the ability to address high-volume applications with streamlined manufacturing techniques. The Micro-JLT is compatible with the GPSCon control program, a freeware application available on the VIAVI website, and offers a wide range of configurations to meet customer requirements.
