Avalanche: Avlanche Commander stuck while opening the application, it gets stuck and pops up window with error : 'Failed to start ABL server, cannot connect to ABL'

• Avalanche Commander cannot start UI
• Avalanche Commander gets stuck while opening the Application. It pops up a window with error message 'Failed to start ABL server, cannot connect to ABL'
• Closing and Reopening the Avalanche Commander application does not make any changes
• Closing and Reopening the Avalanche Commander application with the Console_AvalancheCommander.exe binary does not show any output or make any changes.
• Restarting Computer does not make any changes
• Sometimes closing the application, killing all the java/openjdk runtime processes and reopening again the application helps, but other times it does not make any change
• Sometimes, under very specific scenarios (see explanation below) even Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Avalanche Commander software does not make any difference.
• This problem seems to be related to a very specific version, if you close avalanche commander version X and then open version Y or version Z all the other version will open without problems.
• Problem is not seen on any other computer or remote desktop computer.
• If TCL Automation environment is also setup on the same windows computer, the TCL Automation environment shouldn´t be affected as this environment only uses a couple of TCLAPI binaries from AVC installation directory and also the embedded Java Runtime environment that it is also embedded with the avalanche commander installation path.
