Avalanche: Configuring TLS 1.3 on Client side and any other version of TLS on Server side, even no TLS (plain HTTP), throws error

When configuring TLS1.3 on either Client or Server side, if the other side has any other version of TLS besides 1.3, or has plain HTTP configured, the following error is displayed and the test does not start: (Client / Profiles / HTTPS_CPS): SSL/TLS versions selected in client associations are not match with server associations. Client side user profiles are using non TLS V1.3
